Huayu Enrichment Scholarship: You Need TOCFL Level 3 (Band B)
The Huayu Enrichment Scholarship pays NT$28,000 a month. If your award is 9 or 12 months, you must take the TOCFL in Taiwan at Level 3 (Band B, CEFR B1): 480 in listening, 490 in reading.

How to Register for the TOCFL in Taiwan: 2026–2027 Dates, Fees, and Steps
Register online at tocfl.edu.tw/TW/. Upload your photo first, then sign up in the two-week window that closes about four weeks before the test. Listening & reading costs NT$2,000.
